The wheel collars are 1/16". You should be able to buy them at your lhs.

You can go with 1320 lipos but i wouldnt go any higher you may burn out your motors earlier or you 3 in 1 board. Depending on what you want to do with your heli. if you want to go 3d then go seperates and the 1320 lipos. If you just want to go scale for learning I would suggest the 910 balanced safe charge lipos by electricfly.
