Default RE: Twist 3D 150 ARF

Well i have done a little work to it so far. the pitts muffler isnt going to work onthis plane without some major modifiaction. So i just Whent back to the prigianl muffler to make it easier. But still there is alot of things i can see that are going to make it difficult to mount the engine. One is i have no clue how i'm going to hook the throttle up with the carb sitting outside the checks the way it is. i mean the throttle arm itself is in a location were it inside the cheeks but well i guess the pic may show it. Hard to explain.

I may have to cut deeper into the checks and get the engine farther up in there before i will have a good line up with the throttle. This plane obviously was not meant to have an engine mounted upside down i guess. I'm sure it will work itself out just have to take my time soits not going to happen fast waiting on 2 inch standoffs for it now.

I notice crebulus has his carb out there a ways maybe some tips on hooking up the throttle??
