My Focus Sport is finished and the AUW on my bathroom scales looks to be about 9 1/2 - 9 3/4 lbs. 8 oz of that weight is lead in the nose to get the CG spot on.
It is a little late now, but you could have used a [link=https://www.unitedhobbies.com/UNITEDHOBBIES/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4308]Bellcrank[/link] and reduced your servo tail weight, since you chose a lighter engine.
