Hey Dave, thanks for the reply! That post is so deja vu it was almost scary. I know last time i was messing with this head if i remember correctly you gave me the same advice. Sadly, I don't have the flybar paddles on. I am running just the flybar. The more i look at this setup the more i am convinced I have a bent rotor head or grip. Nothing else can possibly explain this. Picture looking at the blade grips at eye level while spooling up the heli with no paddles and no blades. As the RPM's increase you can actually see the blade grips moving up and down. If one didn't know any better you would swear it was a bent spindle/feathering shaft. Being as I replaced grip bearings and both shafts that would mean it is either the rotor head or one of the grips. My next test will be to insert just a feathering shaft in and spool it up again to see if it is in fact the head itself. Wish me luck!
