I , like you was looking for a smaller trailer. The one pictured is 8 ft Long, 4 ft wide and 5 ft high. When I purchased it there were no fittings inside and would be easily able to have a slide out system. I have seen one of these built on a 6 x 4 trailer here in Sydney.

The way I have fitted it out I am able to carry a 35% aircraft and a Helicopter on the bottom, with three normal sized aircraft in the centre and all the wings above this.

We also carry the field box and the necessary pop up Gazebo and deck chairs etc.

I tow this with either a Camry, Camry Wagon or a Celica with no problems.

The wheels are 13'' Holden. The complete trailer rides very well and it allows me to be completely self sufficient with the added advantage that the complete trailer fits easily into the workshop and the aircraft are stored full time in the trailer, even the charging before flight is done with the aircraft located in the trailer.
