Default COX 0.049 black widow problems.
Then its an older black widow (the better ones IMO). They used a beryllium copper reed and a wire clip. Make sure the wire clip is in the correct way, allowing the reed to flex away from the seat, not holding it tight to the seat (then it couldnt open)
