I have a working lower in my hands now. I think You have a coat hanger affect going on, they are getting weaker with every strike and the next strike may break them clean off, if You are talking about the extension arms themselves. If You are talking about the entire lower rotating, then You either don't have set screws holding them or they are loose. You might be onto something, I'm not sure at this point. I'm sorry, I'm tired, tonight.

Am I right?
