I just bought a new shockwave and went to break it in and when i started the motor the wheels started spinning so i adjusted the idle but nothing happened idle stayed the same, so i took the clutch bell off to see if it was a broken clutch spring but all was fine, so reassembles motor and started again but still have the same problem. How do i fix this problem? Is the carb bad or something? I just want to get it broke in so i can run it. Please help.
