Bad things I can point out just by looking at those pics...
-cheapass Himoto AM radio
-Engine has a tiny heatsink, will probably run very hot
-cheap plastic arm mounts, those things should be alloy as they take a lot of stress, especially with jumps
-screws, good buggies have hex nuts
-shock towers and chassis look thin, stamped alloy.
-top mounted steering servos are an old design, new buggies are laid down to keep weight as low as possible

For $240 its cheap but the old rule is you get what you paid for.... Don't expect long term reliability
