This is a great thread !
Have a couple of questions: I have recently purchased a Sait FA 100. This is my first 4 stroke. I have follwed the break in procedure in the manual and have mounted it to my P51D. I am getting a peak tach reading of 9200 with a MA 15 x 6 and cool power 15%
The 9200 rpm seems kinda low, does anyone have the same setup and if so what are your tach readings. It seems alot of people use 30% heli fuel in the saito engines. Do they run better with that fuel ? Also the lowest reliable idle I can get is 2700 rpm, is this normal ?
