op was probably trying to get rid of it, and pawned it off on a non local dude. In regards to the OS#8 plug, I don't have any of those. I do have some Fox Miracle plugs, how close are these to 8's.

Gary, the Fox Miracle plug is, I suspect, a bit hotter than the OS#8. It is comparable with the OS F. That being said I have used the Miracle Plug in some 60 sized 2 strokes with good results.
