Default KS Canisters

Hi Craig,
DA sells KS cans that will give you boost as well as quiet. They are a little lighter than the 3w cans, and give that extra boost. They also sells a header kit that you can custom make to fit your plane, as well as flex headers, and pre-bent headers. The 50 will be the same as a 100. It will require a 12" header legnth for the KS cans. You could go with a 50cc can or a 70cc can. You may want to talk with Dave about which one will fit your needs the best. I am using 2 70cc on my 100, but that may not be required on your particular setup. The pipes when setup per DA recomendations will give 2-300 rpm boost, and the engine will have good throttle manageablility, and transistion. Give Dave a call or send him an e-mail, they will get you fixed up with what you are looking for. The KS setup is very nice...it is quiet, gives a little boost, and transition is smooth. I have seen some surging, and blurbing with others, so I can't advise on those. I do know the KS systems work right on the DA engines.
