depends on what you are doing...

small electric foamies? hinge with hinge tape (blenderm) and it works great....
small, quick field repairs? clear packing tape?
trim around canopies, etc. ? then trim tape or hand cut monokote or auto trim tape....
a spad that needs repairs? Duct tape!

so really... it depends on what you want to do...
