Default RE: The Real Advantage of CPPM??

If he had attended the last number of FAI/F3C World Championships, along with the freestyle competitions (XFC in the US, the 3D Masters in Europe and the HTC in Asia) he would have found that statement to be untrue - in fact it is outright B.S. Most all of these competitors are using helis with CCPM. About the only competitors who are not are the Thunder Tiger factory pilots.
What are you talking about?? This article was written in 2001. Technology has improved greatly since then and so might his opinon of its use with todays equipment.

In conclusion - dont misinterpret this article in thinking that Im down on CCPM type systems. Like any control system, each has its own place with our models. If you want to test the waters, thats fine, do it.Remember, CCPM is in its infancy and has a long way to go. The most important point I can leave you with is; make your choice wisely. Thats what model helicopters are about; Changes & Challenges.
Sonds like someone giving a solid, honest opinion based on his expereince, as of 2001. Even today however that article has more right than wrong in it. You want to bash or flame others for there honest info and help go to Run Ryder, they thrive on it there.
