I'm pretty sure that kit was derived from the old Josh Harel plans. I was living in Colorado Springs when Dean built/ designed ( he made a fiberglass kit) the first one and flew it with 2 Dynamax fans with OS 91s. It was pretty impressive. I believe Dean still visits RCU and post here.
