Default Best Way to Measure Pitch

Just checked the pitch again and guess what. I now have +14 and -6. and +13 and -7 on the other blades. I touched nothing from the last time I checked it which was +10 and -10. Same method and same gauge.

I have a digital servo for the collective. I have no idea whats going on. its almoslt like the rods are changing lenths by themselves. Everything seem to be working correctly. If there was a sudden loss of pitch I would have know it when I flew it.
