Damn Brian, I have taught you well ,

Static tracking could be the problem if both blades had different pitch settings yet still "seemed" to track.

I think now that maybe the problem is a inconsistancy in setting the flybar level in combination with the static tracking being off slightly.

I would recommend a bubble level on the flybar and using a consistant table for measurements. The bubble level in the pic below is one that comes with the Robart pitch gauge.
