First flight was fine, second flight he did a stall turn, then it went into an uncontrollable full throttle flat spin.

I will check iwht him what rx it was as i have my suspisions it may be the same! He didnt set the failsafe unfortunately.... did you? I trust theyre pcm aren't they?
