Well got aluminum skid plate done, it's glued into the hull using shoe goop. This stuff is strong, would think a day is enough, 4 and the plate would be hell to come out. Was thinking of fibre glassing it in but I think I might want to redo the plate in a thicker aluminum, plus have the aluminum go all the way to the top(along the hull right to front, sharpened and shaped) so it will offer more protection when hitting rocks and certainly ice this winter. Will test tomorrow after school on 11.1.
