Actually Tower was the first to offer it for sale that I know of (I ordered mine right away) and received it this morning actually. Tower's supply was limited and they ran short already. The next stock of shipments is listed as late Nov.

As a side note so I don't get a ton of questions I can't answer: I have yet to install G4 as I am also in the process up updating my graphics card.
