You can use almost any 2-stroke oil in our gasoline plane engines. Whatever oil you use, be sure to mix it at the oil manufacturer's recommended ratios. Oils are designed to provide proper lubrication at certain ratios, and mixing it at anything else is asking for trouble.

I've used Amsoil Sabre at 100:1 (its designed mix ratio) in a Zenoah G-62, G-38, and a G-23. I've experienced no problems. This oil, at this mix, burns cleanly and provides excellent lubrication.
