ahh, Foxy, the RS4 hater. Anywho, i think GT5500 has it wrong, 1/10's are made more for the track, and the 1/8s are more bashers, because they are based off of offroad chassis'. But dont think that a large engine always does better. I dont want to say it, but a competition 1/10th with a .12 in it, blows by any RTR, such as the beloved RS4, no matter how large its engine is.
What are you on about? 1/8th scale circuit cars are nothing like off road cars, heck most of them couldn't even run over a small stone without flying off course they most certainly are not bashers, I am thinking the only 1/8th scale cars you have seen are the kyosho landmax. I think I sort of agree that I may have it a bit wrong but the fact is still there that the 1/8th circuit cars can easily go 80mph were as getting a 1/10th to that speed is quite hard, the problem with making a 1/8TH go faster is that the highest revving engines are .21's which you could fit in a 1/10th but there are limited choices for making a 1/8th go faster.
