The article says the CG is 5 3/4" forward of the LE
I couldn't find any recommended throws other than 30deg on the ailerons each way.
Elevator runs backwards of normal.. Up makes the nose go down..

It's 15 pages and gets into some of the odd flight characteristics.

It's interesting.. He mentions the same Don Sobbe article I remember reading (maybe where I got RCM stuck in my head) from around 1987-88
I spent a bit of time that summer designing and building Canard FSW free flight gliders and a Canard FSW slope glider that I never got around to finishing.
I'm thinking I'll be adding the Sweepee to my list of planes to build.
One thing I do remember is these things have weird stall characteristics.
Because the CG is just about in the center when it stalls it falls flat.. No pich up or down.. Just flat until it gains enough forward speed to fly.
