I am going to wire two 7.4V 910 Mah TP packs in parallel. Will these pack discharge at the same rate? I am wondering if I will damage the packs if they one discharges faster than the other?

They will discharge in proportion to their actual capacity. You will not hurt them as one cannot discharge faster than the other - by being in parallel the voltages on each will be identical.
