We had another huge turn out at South Jersey Sky Devils Field last weekend, it was a little windy, 10-20 maybe. The Giant Scale guys stole the show most of the day, they can hold them still in hovers even in 10-20 gusts. I could never do that with .60 .90 size planes, Ive tried, I see how they do it by holding the plane at a very high angle into the wind with some up elevator but it doesnt work well for me. Hell, they even seem to stay put when straight up in a wind! I got my 2 cents in at sunset though, only one spectator there to see, got several TR'ing tail touches and kept it DOD for many minutes one flight. I really dont like having limitations but dont seem to be able to work (fly) my way out, maybe the Double Vision will do it.(hope that DA50 runs perfect!!!)
