thanks guys, ya i was really thinking of putting a lipo or stack or batterys there. i just didn't want the battery (whatever it is) so slide into the spur and pinion. so that would mean i would have to put some kind of mount between the battery and gears.

that would be about the only place on the chassis to mount them. but it acually is working out quite well.

i really would like a lipo for it, its just not in the budget at the moment.
