They're pretty good. I actually use them so that I can drive/fly in the winter when my hands would otherwise go numb from the cold and wind. The tactile feel is pretty good and the fingers are snug, but don't expect much dexterity trying to work with fiddly little parts like 2mmx6mm screws, clutch springs, and such.
