Crashcrash,
Great Pics. Sounds like you're getting there, just alot more testing, with bigger blades and a kick ***** battery.
Myself, as you know. I've got two bad servos, one with stripped gears and the other that the internal motor never stops runnig, regardless of stick position. This is usually what happens when you hear a humming noise in the servo, it can't find center/stick
postion.

Kinda dead....hers some more pics after working on it:
A very successful flight around the front yard. Wind had dropped to nothing but it's about 43 deg making for a bit uncomfortable ordeal. Very happy with the HBKII wearing the Huey fuselage. I did a lot of work re-enforcing the tail boom and it's solid now. I still think that running 275mm main blades is not right. I've flown the stock HBKII with CP-Pro stock blades (220mm?). The 275's kinda act like they're too short. I've got 295mm inbound and I hope they will help. Per Rusty, I believe 300mm would be pushing it too hard. I also feel the 1500mAh 15C's that I'm running are BARE MINIMAL. Personally, I think this outfit needs 2200mAh 20C's. It's a project...for sure.
