What is meant by 'storing' the nicad?

1. Just left sitting (discharged)
2. above + in frig
3. 1 or 2 + left on a trickle charger such as Lil' Trickler

Left an any state of charge and stored in refrigerator (not freezer).
Sounds good. Thanks for the info. It looks like you prefer to store in discharged state and I will do the same.
