Mine came in at 8lbs, 12 ounces dry with a JR 1650mah 5 cell pack and a saito 1.25 engine, I am considering trying to get it down to 8 lbs by doing a carbon wing tube and landing gear, lipo pack, and a lightweight spinner. It truly is a great airplane! I'm just not sure I want to put any more money into my glow planes, because I really want to go gas. Plus I have been flying alot of park 480 planes lately, they sure are fun .

Edit: Also after looking at it out in the garage, it also has plenty of room in the fuse to make a removable smoke system, meaning if you lightened it up to the around the 8.25 lb mark, it would fly great even with the added weight of smoke, which you could make removable. Bad ass, I might just have to do that... oh but the money.. haha .
