Re the magnets to hold bits on, if you dig through your Dremel accessories you'll likely find a grinding cylinder same diam. as magnets. That way you can cut really perfect cylindrical, flat-bottomed holes to Zap the magnets into. Mike-RC's look very neat so suspect he uses similar technique?
No-one had a go at weathering/detailing the flat Monokote finish yet?
