Use a Z bendder on the servo horn and the plastic clevis on the aileron/flap horn. They are very good and do not suddnenly break like the metal ones. Trust it. The soldering is useless and never as safe as a "Z" bend.
Never use Gorilla glue on the hinges, follow the instructions. I did mine with 3 hr epoxy and put petrolium gelly around the hinge in the middle to protect against thr glue. add glue to the tip of your hinge. this way with 3 hr glue you have plenty of time to make them.
