After seeing PCK kits and all the problems with them is the reason I started cutting my own some years ago. Using my own saws and sanders I am able to select my own wood and I know things are correct. From the noise I hear at the different feilds I fly at he hasn't gotten any better over time.
It's better to just cut your own and when something goes wrong you have no one to get angry at but yourself. Saves A ton of money too.
