That's a good idea and it was certainly first started in Danville and the "body" or set of rules is called RCACN. A lot of tankers have left this because the original purpose of having fun had lost it's way when the rules (and there has to be SOME kind of rules) became the most important drive of the event.

It still has a big following but it has split into so many different directions/clubs, good and bad.
