Have you tried changing the view to pilot view and see if the landings still bounce a lot? I'm wondering if your perception of the landing (speed, rate of decent, etc) is different in FSOne verses real life.
I know in my experiences, that everything in FSOne when coming toward me feels different in FSOne vs real flying. I'm not saying it's bad, just different.
Just a thought
