"Faux-Que" New F3A Design Build Thread

Regarding this thread...it is serious, despite the less than serious name, which my closest flying buddies have heard about, since I purchased the kit last Fall. My closest friends know that for each of the last 10 years, I have built/contracted a model that I wanted as a kid but could not afford including a Gator Flea, Sig Kommander, House of Balsa 1/2a Bonnanza, Bridi Dirty Birdy, Sig Yak 18, rubber models... My 2008 project is the "Faux-Que", literally celebrating 30 years of my interest in precision aerobatics.

Like many of you, as a kid, now I am a 44 year old kid, I read every word I could find written by Don Lowe (American Aircraft Modeler), Olie Olsen (Multi Wing Things, American Aircraft Modeler), Dick Hansen, Eric Henderson, Dean Pappas and all of the others who took the time to share their perspective, share their experiences and challenge our imaginations.

This thread clearly is not for everyone and may be best appreciated after spending at least 5 minutes with me in person.
