Just got the novarossie 2001 21BF Nice motor it is going in a hyper 8 and I was wondering if you guys and gals think the moding the motor by fusion motor sports will make that big of a difference in the power. I have heard mixed reports about this motor. They say it is junk and some say it is great and it has all the low end you will ever need. And yes this is my first nova, My other 1/8 buggy as a OS 21VG really good motor. Any help will do please, Thanks Eric
I run with the 21BF -- great engine. I have an 086 pipe on it with a werks conical V medium length header on it and it sceams on a medium size track where the longest straight section is about 150 feet long!! Oh and I use O'Donnels 30% too. It is a great engine! The low end ndl is very sensitive so just turn it in very small increments. For $180 (or what ever it cost now) and it being a Novarossi you can't beat it! Go Italian and you'll never go back that is for sure!!!
