It is easy to test the pressure are enough, mount the silicone hose between compressor and intake manifold. Run the engine at max rpm, you will feel there are pressure who are blowing up the silicone hose or not enough pressure.
I did each time i tested the turbocharger in car are ok or not when i pressed the hose before i gave the engine full trottle, the hose will be expanded by pressure means the turbocharger are ok.
