Default RE: Need help building Utter Kaos 60 by Blue Jay

I have an Utter Chaos 40 at home. Unbuild at this time, but I finished up a Kraft Kit 40 Seasons 40. Now it's a high wing aileron trainer, but it was designed by Joe Bridi and the construction techniques are basically the same. Here the link to my build (quite a few photos). [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5156446/anchors_5156446/mpage_1/key_/anchor/tm.htm#5156446]40 Seasons 40[/link]. I cut the holes for the wing jig in the ribs myself. The kit may have slots for alignment.

The only thing I did not like about the Bridi kit build was sanding in the dihedral in the block in the wing. I would have prefered to build the angle into the wing panels, and have the cut out for the aileron servo in the ribs. It was a b*tch to have to carve out a rectangular slot for the aileron servo into the two center ribs and the center block after fibreglassing the wing.
