For asll of you that disagree-

I contacted maxamps and explained what I want to do, and what I will be using to do it. It will take about an hour to charge two 5000mah 7.4v packs in series, and balance at the same time! I will be getting a custum harness from maxamps to charge and balance two 2s packs at the same time
I am glad that MaxAmps helped you get everything figured out. It sounds like you are going with the 6i with a built in balancer and a cutom harness like RURC and I suggested. If so, that setup should do everything you want and more.
