Its easy to port a motor, just dont change the timing of the ports. I dont enlargen my ports, as this changes timing, but i do smooth out the flow and tiger claw the intake and boost ports.
This is the first motor i did, its a OS15CV, i stuffed up in a few areas, ie turbo cut the crank the wrong way, and a few of my tiger claw cuts are facing the wrong way, as the intake ports are meant to face away from the exaust port and the boost port straight at the plug. But anyway heres a few pics, it goes ALOT harder than it ever did though
Turbo cut crank
Opened crank (pretty rough i was rushing lol)
1st intake
2nd intake
And boost port
As u can see its abit rough but it works pretty good. Its a half worn motor so i wasnt worried it if popped and never ran again lol
