Default RE: Opening up a store front

Ok my mom and dad have owned a deli for over 10 years and they have experience. Its just getting boring and buisness is slow.
I have worked and owned buggys, on road cars, off road cars, gopeds, snowboards, skateboards, rollerblades so that shouldnt be a problem and we could hire people to work there that no what there talking about. Do you think that its worth it or should we just start an online based shop and have catalogs like the ccs skateboarding magazine. In buffalo grove il where i live its a every rich community, There is one hobby shop called venture hobbys that is like 5 miniuts away from my house but it not busy because everything there is all over priced and not in the best location. There is a new devlopment near my house and it also has a community plaza, We are thinking about putting it there because its a very nice loacation, an a main road, near walmart, target, and staples and many little restarants.
Also if buisness is good it would be kinda cool if we can find a place to put a track somewhere, there was a track but i closed down so idkk.
