have latest drivers ,for card and OS ect

tried reset to defult thing still does not fix

window blinds?? what is this how do i turn off if i even have this

tried horizon hobby they did not want to help me because the cpu is not hook up to the net or they had a bad day I do service work i can understand them
hard for them to know what to do in my case.
