Between those two the 9.5 is better without a doubt. I actually ran a 9.5 for a while and the handling was good, but not great. The 9.5 is a good race buggy and is worth 399, at least Ive seen them for that. Rb concepts are very strong engines and resonably priced also Sirio are excellant but these are very high performance engines probably not what you would want for just bashing. Maybe try an OPS engine, about 180$ and a strong runner, the ofna 01 picco is a good engine also but have heard they dont last as most ofna engines dont.
