Hows it going? No fuel draw huh. The walbro carb pump diaphram may be the problem. Here is a great link for carb tuning:

I had a similar problem with my Brison. I replaced the gasket/diaphram and it works great now. Same problem that it wouldn't pull the fuel. I also used a Sullivan starter at 24volts to speed up the whole process.
