The price it appears is $2200 from Japan at the moment( i do not know what you ge at this price) , with ZNLine producing the kit later this year.

To me it looks alot like a HydeAway of sorts with Ultimate shaped wings. Im sure alot of effort has went into it, and he will be well rewarded for his efforts.
