Here's a couple of pics on how I built my Bridi Utter Chaos wing.

I purchased an 8 foot section of aluminum angle stock from Menards. I cut it in two 4 foot sections and used the angle stock to align the cutouts that were already in the ribs.

If you just follow the steps and study the plans, you should be ok.

I also included a finished picture of the airplane.
