yeah, the stock motor definitely cannot handle much as far as load, so you'll just have to see where yours fits (you're probably not into idle up flying, so centering the pitch range wont really matter at this point, just get it so it works for you, gets enough lift, and doesn't load up the motor too much). The cpp is like has been said, and the cp and cp+ are 0 to +10 in normal and -10 to +10 in idle up =)
