I agree with Rich. It probably won't matter enough to notice. 3mm? What type plane and what wingspan? Obviously the wider the span the less effect the 3mm will have inverted or not. The great thing about building is we can modify as we feel fit. So somtimes when I'm building I'll increase or decrease dihedral based on what I want the plane to do.
So, what are you building??
