A nice Fire Extinguisher is a must, sounds silly, and I hope you don't ever have to thank me.
Rubber floor mats are nice to keep small parts from bouncing too far and they are nice on the back/feet.
Lighting is a must, some overhead fluorescent and a magnifying lens/light is great.
